Well, this has been a long time coming but we are SUPER excited to be releasing the first of our cure’s. The first of them is a much anticipated MAPLE BACON CURE.

Simply add this product to upto 2kg of pork belly in an airtight bag and leave in your refrigerator for a week (turning every day) Remove from bag, wash in fresh water then smoke to an internal of 150f (best if using our BACON PERFECTION also)
